Kimun Lee has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, and is currently the principal of Resources Consolidated, a San Francisco–based business consulting group with a global focus on the United States, Asia, and Europe. As a result of more than twenty-five years of international business experience, Mr. Lee has established a strong network of contacts in the financial services industry worldwide. Clients receive the highest level of personal attention, commitment, and responsiveness.

Prior to forming Resources Consolidated, Mr. Lee handled a broad variety of treasury duties for Castle and Cooke, Inc., including the pension fund and managing the acquisition and financing of corporate projects.

Mr. Lee has taught at the University of the Pacific, California, and the Business School, Chinese University, Hong Kong. He was awarded a faculty fellowship representing the California Bankers Association at the Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington, and a fellowship at the American Iron and Steel Institute program at the University of Chicago. He holds a BA from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and has completed the Stanford Business School executive education program on corporate governance for directors.

Mr. Lee has served on the board of directors of Fremont Mutual Funds, FL Pacific (a Swiss private banking venture in Hong Kong), and the advisory board of Newbridge Partners (formerly China Emerging Market Partners). He is currently a member of the San Francisco Security Analysts Society and a registered investment adviser. His active board roles include, i-Shares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC and Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Inc. Throughout his professional life, Mr. Lee also has been active in the arts, serving on the boards of the San Francisco Ballet, Cal Performances, Villa Montalvo Arts Association and Chinese Performing Arts Foundation.

Jean Yves Conte - Associate Partner with Resources Consolidated.  Prior to joining Resources Consolidated’s San Francisco office, he served four years as Head of the French Trade Commission in San Francisco where he was key in assessing technologies in the IT and electronics industries and assisted French high-tech firms in definnig their strategies to successfully enter the American market.

Mr. Conte has developed a broad and diversified network of contacts in the United States and more speicifcally in the Silicon Valley. He has served (for over 20 years) as Trade Commissioner in the Philippines, Nicaragua, Myanmar, Spain (Bilbao), Canada (Calgary & Vancouver), and in the U.S.  In additon to helping French companies gain access to foreign markets, he has represented the French Government in negotiations for the financing of turnkey projects. 

Jean-Yves Conte has organzied and conducted various seminars on Foreign Trade, and has delivered conferences on international trade in various Universities abroad. He is one of the founders of “DBF” monthly meeting point of the San Francisco Bay Area francophones from the technology world.
